NFL fans will be able to party in luxury suites just yards away from the field, with the set to add some bizarre new features to its stadium. State Farm Stadium will go under a makeover this offseason to prepare for the new year, adding essentially a party zone just yards away from where the players walk out onto the field. That will allow those fans to watch the game in beach-style suites. The suites are made up of two floors featuring numerous amenities, such as all-inclusive food and drink bars. The casitas on the ground level of the stadium will have two floors and are part of lots of new posh seating choices for fans that also include special club areas near each end zone. The areas can fit as much as 20 people in in each suite, with hundreds of fans likely to enjoy them throughout gamedays. But it appears the majority of fans do not seem to be keen on the plans. One wrote: "Let’s move the real fans even further from the action and let a bunch of rich people who aren’t even paying attention to the game get closer. Seems legit." Another added: "No real Cardinal fan is going to use these. It's going for corporate businesses." Speaking on the developments, Chief Operating Officer Jeremy Walls said: "We are going to be relentless in pursuing a great fan experience, continuing to innovate to modernize our business. This is one step in that. We wanted to find a way to create great experiences for our customers and fans." He added: "They are your own home - literally in our end zone. Each casita has a great room where you can host your family and your
Friends - and your customers. It also has a private front porch right on top of the action. And then everyone also has their private roof deck, so you have a variety of different places you can watch the game from and an experience that hasn't been seen in an
NFL stadium to date." The Cardinals hope that the plans will enhance their gameday experience for those that are able to use it, as they look to rebuild their team after five continuous years of struggles. After having one of the worst records in the NFL this past season,
Arizona will hold the fourth overall pick in the NFL Draft where they are expected to select generational wide receiver prospect from Ohio State - the son of Pro
Football Hall of Famer Marvin Harrison. This comes after the to be their long-term quarterback, amid rumors they could look to the draft for his replacement.
