Nine. That's how many Grammy Awards that main stage artists performing in this summer's Red Ants Pants
music Festival have won. Headliners include Los Lobos (four Grammys), Lukas Nelson (one) and The Devil Makes Three. A fourth main stage artist, Sarah Jarosz, has four
Grammys, and others in the lineup have been nominated for Grammys. The 13th annual festival will be July 25 – 28 on a ranch just outside White Sulphur Springs. The festival released its all-star 2024 lineup at the historic Strand Theatre in White Sulphur Springs Saturday. In addition, the festival will include 14 side stage performances along with Demo Area activities designed to teach, showcase, and celebrate traditional work skills. Other main stage artists include, Drew Holcomb and The Neighbors, KT Tunstall, Big Richard, Bella White, Jeffrey Foucault with Erik Koskinen, Buffalo Nichols, Emily Nenni, Melissa Carper, Adeem the Artist, Summer Dean, Goldpine, Abby Webster & her Imaginary Band, Wild Horses and Tanner Laws Band. “The depth and diversity of this year’s lineup is truly special, and we cannot wait to welcome so many incredible musicians to join us in the middle of Montana. The Americana legends and rising stars in our lineup are a big draw, but it’s also the mission behind the music that makes the experience so special,” said festival producer Sarah Calhoun. “Red Ants Pants Music Festival fans take so much pride in knowing that long after the final song rings out on the main stage, they are investing in the Red Ants Pants Foundation’s work to increase women’s leadership, support working family farms and ranches, and enrich rural communities.” Thanks to past attendance at the festival, the Red Ants Pants Foundation has delivered nearly $160,000 in community grants to more than 100 entities across Montana to support mission-driven work. The free Street Dance on Main Street kicks off the festival weekend on Thursday July 25th and will open with Tanner Laws Band and close with Wild Horses. The festival has drawn top artists to rural Montana, including Tanya Tucker, Merle Haggard, Dwight Yoakam, The Mavericks, Charley Pride, Grace Potter, Jason Isbell, Brandi Carlile and others.
