When it comes to fried eggs , often our eggs can either be under, or over cooked and at times, we can burn the underside of the egg whilst the whites remain raw and runny. In a bid to banish these issues, a TikTok user named @clairenlson74 has revealed how she cooks a fried egg in just 40 seconds. And rather than using a frying pan, or air fryer, Claire uses her microwave. This clever cooking hack not only speeds up the cooking process, but it also ensures it's done in the healthiest way possible. To make it, she starts by adding a teaspoon of vegetable
Oil to a paper plate and cracks an egg right on top of that before covering it with another paper plate, reports the Mirror . That's really good. So easy and no clean up. Absolutely delicious," she tells her followers. People were impressed with her hack and taking to the comments, praised her with one saying. "It's taken me years to realise this." A second said: "Love the no clean up!" whilst a third said: "Learned something new today!!" A fourth suggested a handy tip writing: "You can also spray the paper plate with cooking spray instead of using the oil to reduce on the greasiness." Join the Daily Record
