Haksabanovic signed for Celtic from Rubin Kazan in the summer transfer window, with the star adding to Jota, Liel Abada, Daizen Maeda and James Forrest in Ange Postecoglou 's array of wing talent. Despite his move, the Montenegro international has found starting spots hard to come by, mustering just five starts in the league whilst registering seven goal contributions in 614 minutes of league play - one every 87 minutes for the Hoops. Jota and Maeda have been the main duo that the
Australian boss has gone with throughout the season - with Abada only registering 10 starts in the league and Forrest equalling Haksabanovic's total. But the 23-year-old has not given up any hopes of ousting his way into one of the first names on the teamsheet - telling his boss and teammates he is 'waiting for his opportunity'. As I've said before, I know there's more to come and I'm just going to wait until I get my chance to start games, so there's more to come. "But I'm very happy to be here, I know we have a good squad of players, a big squad, so I'm just waiting for my time. I'm training hard and improving myself out there." Follow Record Sport on
